2020 has been a year of major change throughout the Higher Educational community. We want to start 2021 off on the right foot. So we are releasing our Higher Education Digital Marketing & Web survey results on January 12th.
As we mentioned 2020 was a year like no other! So we invested our resources into finding out exactly how 2020 looked for the higher education community. If you have been part of our Terminalfour community for a while, you will know that we conduct a survey to scope out the higher ed community every year. As you can see in the image we have had a number of participants from a range of locations across the higher education community. We had a response rate of 74% in the US, 7% in Canada, 14% in the UK and Ireland, 2% in Australia and New Zealand, and 3% from the rest of the world
We use these past reports to track trends throughout the community with some focus on marketing, team size, social media, budget, governance, and more. This year will be no different in those areas. Although we expect to see some big changes in trends in these topics we felt it was important to capture exactly how COVID-19 affected the community. So we included a variety of questions based on COVID-19 and the impact it has had.
We are excited to share these results with you and hear your thoughts on the findings. A number of universities have used our survey results in the past to plan for the year ahead. Are you keen to see the results? Do you think there will be a big variation from previous years?
